How to specify hydraulic test pressure, design pressure and working pressure

Cylinder hydraulic test pressure is the pressure test pressure to check the strength of the cylinder. According to the Chinese seamless cylinder (GB 5099-1994) and the Chinese welded cylinder (GB 5100-2011), the hydraulic test pressure of the cylinder is 1.5 times the rated working pressure.

The design pressure of a steel cylinder is used to design and calculate the pressure of the cylinder wall thickness. The size of the design pressure is equal to the hydraulic test pressure.

The working pressure of the cylinder is the maximum pressure allowed by the cylinder. The medium pressure in the cylinder should not be less than 60℃. The allowable pressure of the cylinder should not exceed 0.8 times the hydraulic test pressure.
