Be sure to pay attention to the following points!

1. High-pressure cylinders must be slowly opened when the valve is opened, and the medium is flammable cylinders. Special attention should be paid to avoid high temperature caused by high-speed or electrostatic action and combustion or explosion.

2. Do not hit the valve and bottle body with metal tools to avoid sparks or impact on the broken bottle valve.

3. Do not touch or operate the oxygen cylinder wearing oil gloves and tools.

4. Do not knock the gas cylinder. Impact can damage the bottle and shorten its shelf life. It can also damage or loosen the trunk, leading to leaks of the medium inside the bottle.

5. Chemically active gases may also decompose and explode due to the impact of gas cylinders, such as acetylene cylinders. When the acetylene cylinder is in use, it is strictly prohibited to sleep.

7. The distance between the gas cylinder and the open flame and the heat source should be greater than 10m. If conditions limit, insulation measures should be taken, but not less than 5 meters. Acetylene cylinders should not be near electrical equipment.

8. When the valve freezes in winter or needs to accelerate the gasification of liquefied gas, it is strictly prohibited to bake by open flame and do not allow direct injection of cylinder steam. You can move the bottle to a warm place or thaw it with warm water. The water temperature should be controlled within 40℃.

9, in order to avoid the miscibility of the gas and chemical explosion, the gas cylinder must be specially designed for the gas cylinder, and the gas type must not be modified without permission.

10. Filling materials are the main cause of chemical explosions. In order to prevent filling, the use of gas cylinders do not use vacuum pumps to pump air. The gas in the bottle should not be completely exhausted, and residual pressure should be left to prevent the inhalation of air or other substances. Cylinders allow overpressure and are also suitable for inspection of loading units.

11. Transport cylinders should be lightly unloaded, and rolling, throwing, reversing and other rough methods are strictly prohibited. It is suitable to use special cars when handling in the factory, and it is forbidden to use electromagnetic cranes to transport gas cylinders.

12. The gas cylinder should be placed sideways with the head facing to one side, tighten the cap, and prepare the shock-proof ring. All cylinders must be secured to ensure that they do not fall or drop during transport to prevent damage.

13. The paint on the external wall of the gas cylinder is not only a layer of anti-corrosion coating, but also a sign to identify the gas cylinder. Indicate the type of gas contained in the bottle to prevent misuse or mixing. Therefore, protect the bottle with full paint color and clear text.

14. If the paint color drops and the text is blurred, it must be repainted according to the regulations. Otherwise, the charging unit will refuse to charge.

15. The cylinder wall is cracked, leaked or significantly deformed. Cylinders that cannot be used according to the original design pressure after pressure inspection, as well as cylinders destroyed by fire, should be discarded in principle and cannot continue to be used.
