5, in order to avoid various gas cylinder confusion and use the wrong gas, usually painted with a specific color on the outside of the gas cylinder to distinguish, and write the name of the gas in the bottle.

4, filled with gas cylinders that can cause combustion and explosive gas after contact with each other (such as hydrogen and oxygen cylinders), can not be carried or stored in the same place, nor can it be mixed with other flammable and explosive items.

5, the gas cylinder body is defective, safety accessories are incomplete or damaged, can not guarantee the safe use, must not be sent to fill the gas, should be sent to the relevant units to check before use.

1, ignore the station rules and bottle rules, do not operate according to the rules

In the market economy, some people always feel that selling industrial gas is a "cash cow", without the safety review of the relevant local supervision and management departments, and some plants and stations are not licensed to operate. There are no rules, which is a radius, the accident danger is so caused.

2, do not understand the nature of hydrogen and oxygen, ignorance recklessly come

Some oxygenation station personnel, even the minimum knowledge of oxygen, hydrogen do not know, safety awareness is not strong, especially those village office, town office self-employed, reckless, joking with life. Some experts pointed out that the proportion of gas cylinder explosion accidents that were identified and analyzed was as high as 75 percent related to private liquid oxygen vaporization stations, individual gas operators, oxygen production stations and charging stations that have not been reviewed by labor departments.

3, invite personnel at any time, without training

Many oxygenating stations always think that filling workers and bottlers are rough jobs, and they attract temporary workers at any time and start work without training. This situation is more common, should strictly hold the certificate on the job.

4, oxygen bottle hydrogen bottle mixed, there is no special bottle

The mixed filling of hydrogen and oxygen cylinders accounts for a large proportion in the gas cylinder explosion deaths. Hydrogen bottle oxygen bottle thread is different, hydrogen bottle (combustible gas) bottle valve is left, oxygen bottle (non-combustible gas) bottle valve is right, oxygen bottle valve of course can not be loaded into the hydrogen bottle. However, some operators are ignorant of hard installation, resulting in tragedy.

5. Operate in violation of regulations and do not operate according to regulations

Some accidents are not in accordance with the operating procedures, illegal operation caused by overpressure explosion, switch valve action too fast, with grease operation, bottle non-inspection and overdue use, not banned fireworks and so on.

6, big cycle big turnover, no inspection no registration

At present, many oxygen plant stations have large cylinder circulation and turnover, coupled with poor management, the bottles coming in do not check and do not register, there is no residual pressure, the color label is not clear, the disorder is chaotic, there is a human accident, the background is not clear, there is no cylinder file, there is no way to investigate.

7, hydrogen and oxygen products are not pure, hydrogen mixed with oxygen, oxygen mixed with hydrogen

Water electrolysis diaphragm is not tight, oxygen penetrates into hydrogen, or hydrogen penetrates into oxygen, the quality is not pure, and when used to reach the explosion limit of hydrogen and oxygen mixture, accidents will occur. Some people say that the oxygen charged from the hydrogen and oxygen station is "not strong", which is also reasonable, and should be attracted to the attention of the hydrogen and oxygen station of hydropower electrolysis.

8, oxygen water into the bottle, corrosion cylinder thin

Oxygen carries water, and the residual water in the cylinder is not dumped on time, which accumulates more and more, so that the cylinder is corroded, the wall thickness is reduced, and the interface corrosion occurs. There are several cases of bottle explosion accidents, and the blasting opening occurs at the corrosion interface (interface blasting) or the wall thickness thinning (thin wall blasting). Tianmao Gas reminds you to pay special attention to the gas cylinder in contact with seawater operation, the bottle inspection cycle is two years, and the remaining pressure of the empty bottle is greater than 0.2MPa. For example, on May 13, 1996, an oxygen cylinder exploded in Yantai Gas Compressor General Plant. The reason is that the bottle body is severely corroded and thinned, the thinnest point is only 1.8mm, the gas cylinder is exposed to sunlight, the gas pressure rises, and the explosion is caused in the weak point (no regular inspection is made before the explosion). For example, on September 4, 1996, an oxygen cylinder being filled in Tianjin North China Oxygen Plant exploded. After investigation, it is found that for the gas cylinder in contact with seawater, seawater is poured back into the bottle, which causes the corrosion of the bottle wall to weaken (the minimum wall thickness is only 2.2mm).

9, can not help but oil can not help fire, the environment is dirty, the color mark is fuzzy, oxygen combustion is explosive, must ban oil and fire, this is common sense. Some oxygen plants stand at the cutting site, waste collection station, etc., for filling or welding and cutting operations, the site is full of oil, dirty and messy; Some even use a lighter to test the bottle of gas, and hold a cigarette to open the oxygen valve, which inevitably does not occur explosion accidents. In order to reduce bottle explosion casualties in welding and cutting places, it is better to stretch the entrainments pipeline of oxygen cylinders and dissolved acetylene cylinders a little longer, so that the bottles are away from the operators. There is the color of the gas cylinder is not clear, can not tell what bottle. Using hydrogen bottles to fill oxygen, many are caused by the color code is not obvious.

10, rough loading and unloading collision, exposure to pressure explosion

Cylinders are strictly prohibited from knocking and colliding, and must be moved gently, but there is a unloading method to kick the cylinders off the car with their feet. Gas cylinders should be protected from the sun. In Hangzhou, an oxygen cylinder placed on the stern of the ship suddenly exploded, killing a woman who went to the canal to wash things. The reason is: the bottle is exposed to the summer sun (not covered), and the pressure is increased to explode. To this end, when shipping gas cylinders in summer, it is necessary to have shade cover, especially the gas cylinders stacked in the open air.

11, big pump small bottle filling, brew tragedy

At present, there is a rush to fill the filling station of liquid oxygen vaporization, and there are many problems in distributing pumps and bottles. The bottle explosion accident occurred in Shenyang, that is, the liquid oxygen pump capacity is large, the filled bottle is small, the speed is fast, the time is short, and then the excitation conditions (such as grease, exploding gas, valve closing friction, etc.) occur. There have been many incidents of gas cylinder explosions, and many lessons have been learned. Most accidents can be avoided, but because we do not pay attention to the use and operation, resulting in cylinder accidents.
